Oligo(dT) Magnetic Microbeads

Oligo(dT) Magnetic Microbeads from Heguang Biotech are surface-modified with Oligo(dT) of varying lengths. With a particle size of approximately 1 μm, these beads exhibit excellent dispersibility and a high magnetic content, ensuring rapid magnetic response. They can specifically capture mRNA with a Poly A tail, making them ideal for the rapid isolation of intact, high-purity mRNA from eukaryotic total RNA or directly from plant and animal tissues, cells, and other samples. The extracted mRNA can be used in various downstream molecular biology experiments, such as RT-PCR, cDNA library construction, Northern Blot analysis, and mRNA vaccine development.
