UDG

A heat-labile anti-contamination enzyme for PCR/RT-PCR, specially designed for in vitro diagnostic molecular detection. It can specifically digest uracil-containing DNA products to avoid PCR cross-contamination, is irreversibly inactivated at low temperature, and has no impact on the sensitivity and specificity of the detection system.
