Reverse Transcriptase

A core enzyme for RT-PCR/RT-qPCR, mainly M-MLV type with whole-block modification. It can efficiently synthesize cDNA from RNA templates, features ultra-fast reaction speed and high amplification sensitivity, and maintains good stability in fully premixed systems, widely used in RNA nucleic acid detection of respiratory, enteric and other pathogens.
